The Madrigal Feast ~ Saturday, April 27, 2024
The Sherwood Robin Hood Festival Association is excited to announce that we've successfully held second annual Madrigal Feast to begin the 2024 Festival season!
The Madrigal Feast was a medieval-style banquet held at the Sherwood Center for the Arts in Old Town Sherwood at 5 o'clock on Saturday, April 27. There was a sumptuous four-course dinner prepared by It’s Party Time Catering, including turkey legs, corn on the cob, and other fun foods of the time. Also featured was a variety of musical and theatrical entertainment provided by the Sherwood Renaissance Singers, Northwest Armizare, and other local talent. The culmination of the evening was the introduction of Maid Marian and her court for 2024.

Thanks to several generous community sponsors, we were able to keep the ticket prices below the cost of putting on the event. Tickets were $35 per person for adults, and $25 for children 12 years of age and younger.

We will also have stainless steel mugs at the Madrigal Feast that have been specially designed and made for this year's event. The design is based on a banner made for the first Robin Hood Festival in 1954, 70 years ago!
