Join us at the Sherwood, Oregon Robin Hood Festival & Archery Tournament
For over a half a century, a small American town named Sherwood, Oregon has been celebrating The Sherwood Robin Hood Festival.
The 60th Annual Robin Hood Festival in Old Town Sherwood will take place July 19-20, 2013, with the 58th Annual International Archery tournament taking place July 20-21, 2013 between Sherwood, Oregon and Nottingham, England. At the annual summer festival, enjoy live entertainment on two stages, medieval re-enactments, Maid Marian's Court, Robin Hood and his merry men, a popular community parade, a knighting ceremony, castle building and flower contests, a teen dance, a kids area, crafts, lots of music, delicious food, a beer and wine garden (including selections from local wineries and breweries) and a wide variety of activities, with over 100 vendors in our Old Town vendor village. Always the 3rd week in July, since 1954, with a community Winter Festival the first Saturday in December.
The Robin Hood Festival is presented by the non-profit Robin Hood Festival Association, which also has a local scholarship program. Volunteers, donations and sponsors are always welcome!
